Michael Moore on his support for Assange

Filmaker and author Michael Moore talks with Rachel Maddow about his support for WikiLeaks' Julian Assange and the seriousness with which he takes the rape charges against Assange. My own opinion, is that the guy very-well may have been set-up. Especially, since the women who it was reported allegedly made the charges in the first place, have since come-out publically, and have seemingly indicated that they were intimidated, and co-erced, in some way. And that they did have some kind of platonic relationship with him, that was mutual. I mean, it shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure-out, exactly why Assange could have possibly been set-up, and the victim of false accusations, to discredit him, in some way. And that is not to indicate myself, that I necessarily agree with some of the methods he used in obtaining certain propriatary information; As long as the information is obtained legally, in the same manner as any credible, legitimate, investigative journalist. That's all I'm sayin about this. Whatever the case may be however, I think it is very interesting stuff; In more ways then one...

Political landscape in turmoil

Frank Rich, columnist for the New York Times, talks with Rachel Maddow about the political landscape, from wealthy anonymous political donors to extremist candidates. What I found to be the most interesting, surprising, and alarming part of this video clip however, is the revelation that Surpreme Court Justices, Clarence Thomas and Antonin Scalia have attended these secret strategy meetings for Conservative millionaires that serve the purpose of directing righ-wing money. W.T.F.?!!!

Successful jobs programs dies after GOP block

Most of the Conservative Republicans have never made a substantive argument against the successful stimulus jobs program, but they have blocked it three times. (We have seen this time and time again, as of late). And at the same time, attributing the sole failure of the job market to Pres. Obama's policies, and the Progressive Democrats! Incredible stuff...

Rachel Maddow GOP on Health Care, more refusal than reform

I think Rachel Maddow, of MSNBC's 'The Rachel Maddow Show' is an absolutely brilliant investigative reporter. She is great at uncovering the truth and the real motivation behind things, as is obvious in these series of videos that I have posted here; And in relation to some of the very disturbing events that have transpired this summer, during many of the Town Hall meetings regarding Health Care Reform...
